If you have completed all of your materials for a research proposal and begun working on a Jotform submission, please submit the draft by November 2nd. Otherwise, please hold new submissions until November 5th. We are migrating to a different Jotform, so the old links will no longer work at that time. The process for submissions will be mostly the same.
